The Shirlock Foundation is still very young; having been nothing more than an idea until April 2007, we've yet to celebrate our first birthday. Yet in that short time we've taken some enormous strides toward our goals of raising awareness and helping families being affected by Leukemia.
Everything that has been accomplished is thanks to the dedicated and passionate efforts of hundreds of volunteers. The outpouring of support we've received from the Georgia Tech campus, the city of Atlanta, and many other people scattered across the nation has touched our hearts. Lo and behold, the world is also taking notice of what all of you have done! Here are just a few examples of people taking notice:
